May Your Life Be Unshaken

LORD, who may dwell in your sacred tent?
Who may live on your holy mountain?
The one whose walk is blameless, who does what is righteous, who speaks the truth from their heart;
whose tongue utters no slander, who does no wrong to a neighbor, and casts no slur on others; who despises a vile person but honors those who fear the LORD; who keeps an oath even when it hurts, and does not change their mind;
who lends money to the poor without interest;
who does not accept a bribe against the innocent.
Whoever does these things will never be shaken.     Psalm 15

Do you want to live an unshaken life?
Do you want to live a life in which nothing rattles you?
Do you want to live a life filled with absolute peace and a clear conscience?
Do you want to live without the fear of continually having to look over your shoulders?
Do you want to live a life deprived of constant fear and trembling?

That kind of life is possible when you truly dwell in God's sacred tent. It goes beyond just a verbal proclamation of Christ as Savior of one's life without the true fruit that identifies Jesus as Lord of one's life. Dwelling on God's holy mountain means that we don't just believe that Jesus is the Son of God and Savior of our lives, but we truly follow Jesus by abiding in Him and allowing His word to abide in us through obedient living. This means we are not just Believers in Jesus, but we are are also Followers who obey His teachings and follow His example.

So:
May you be blameless in your daily walk.
May you do what is righteous.
May you always speak the truth from your heart.
May your tongue offer no slander.

May you do no wrong to your neighbor.
May you honor those who fear the LORD.
May you bless the poor.
May you not accept a bribe against the innocent.

May God grant you the grace to so live your life by these godly principles that your life will never be shaken because righteousness is the foundation of all you do.
Prayer: Father, I thank you for saving my soul through the Blood of Jesus. Please help me to live in righteousness so that my life will never be shaken. Amen
