You are Unstoppable
The apostles were brought in and made to appear before the Sanhedrin to be questioned by the High Priest. We gave you strict orders not to teach in this name,” he said, “Yet you have filled Jerusalem with your teachings and are determined to make us guilty of this man’s blood.”
Peter and the other disciples replied: “We must obey God rather than human beings.”
...When they heard this, they were furious and wanted to put them to death. But a Pharisee named Gamaliel, a teacher of the law, who was honored by all the people, stood up in the Sanhedrin...then he addressed the Sanhedrin… “Therefore in the present case, I advise you: Leave these men alone! Let them go! For if their purpose or activity is of human origin, it will fail. But if it is from God, you will not be able to stop these men; you will only find yourself fighting against God.”...

As Christians, we are called to seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness. We are called to testify about Jesus wherever we are. We are called to make disciples for Jesus Christ. We are called to let our light shine before all people. We are called to share our faith with passion and conviction. That is exactly what the apostles did. They passionately shared their faith and chose not to be intimidated by any authority. They were threatened with death but were released after flogging. They chose to obey God rather than man.
It is interesting that God used a leader from within the ranks of the opposing religious authorities to defend them. Gamaliel reminded his fellow religious leaders that if what the apostles were doing was from God, then they would be unstoppable. Fighting against the apostles was tantamount to fighting against God.
God has made a promise that He would never leave nor forsake us. He says in Exodus 23:22, “I will be an enemy to your enemies and will oppose those who oppose you.”
As you live your life for Jesus and do what is right in His sight, walk with the assurance that you are unstoppable because God is with you. God will oppose those who oppose you and He will be an enemy to your enemies. People who fight against you because of being a child of God will only be fighting against God Himself. Live with confidence. Work with confidence. You are unstoppable because God is with you.
