Expect Your Miracle
Now a man who was lame from birth was being carried to the temple gate called Beautiful, where he was put every day to beg from those going into the temple courts.
When he saw Peter and John about to enter, he asked them for money...Then Peter said, “Silver or gold I do not have, but what I do have, I give you. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, walk.”...instantly, the man’s feet and ankles became strong. He jumped to his feet and began to walk. Then he went with them into the temple courts, walking and jumping and praising God. (Acts 3:1-8).

For forty years, that crippled man depended on the charity of others. Not only was he physically crippled, but his whole destiny was crippled. All he could look forward to was to beg for the rest of his life. He was so helpless that others had to “carry and put” him by the gate of the temple to beg for a living. That beggar had nothing to look forward to in life. He had been robbed of his dignity.
But that was not the end of the story. God was about to change his situation. The same temple gate he had begged at for years was now going to become a “spiritual hospital” for him! He was about to receive divine healing! His situation was about to change instantly. He was about to walk, jump and praise God! His miracle was at hand.
All he expected was some “silver and gold” from others but God had something better for him. God was about to set him free from his crippling condition.
I am not sure what kind of “crippling condition” you may be experiencing.
May be the condition is so bad that you feel like a beggar, dependent on the “charity” of others.
Could it be some form of “crippling” disease? Could it be a “crippling” spiritual battle? A “crippling” marriage? A “crippling”job situation? What could it be?
Receive this word by faith: Expect your miracle! Lift your eyes unto Jesus and expect divine intervention! Nothing is too difficult for God. God can surprise you! Today could be your day of divine visitation! May divine favor rest upon you. May the impossible become possible for you. May God intervene and fight for you. May every crippling condition in your life be rectified.
Expect your miracle.
